You select what you would like to cook and we deliver the recipes and all the ingredients you need. We use technology to re-invent the food supply chain while reducing unethical food waste and directly connecting consumers with quality producers. To achieve this, we are solving challenging problems in taste profiling, behaviour prediction and real-time logistics.

Marley Spoon is currently delighting customers across different geographies: Australia, US, Europe 


Your role:

We are looking for a Logistics Manager, that will help delight our customers by monitoring and coordinating real time logistics challenges. You will work closely with Production and Operations team on influencing key parameters like transport logistics, operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness and quality of service. You are a data-driven person with a bias for action and focus on results.

  • Consolidate data from multiple data sources and generate weekly metrics and periodic reports
  • Ensure smooth running and development of daily operations
  • Improve service level and continuous improvement
  • Monitor and support in the optimization of our logistics processes and ensuring that logistic partners perform across KPIs
  • Monitor shippers service levels and work on implementing preventive actions and improvement plans
  • Collaboration with global team on optimizing international freight and import
  • Work closely with other teams (Production, Operations, Customer Care, Product and Marketing) to ensure seamless end-to-end operations and highest service quality

This is you:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in logistics /transport / freight 
  • Strong analytical skills with focus on critical thinking and business process management
  • Experience in FMCG operation is a plus
  • Proficient Excel skills.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and solving problems.
  • Team player with excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills 
  • You are fluent in English
