You select what you would like to cook and we deliver the recipes and all the ingredients you need. We use technology to re-invent the food supply chain while reducing unethical food waste and directly connecting consumers with quality producers. To achieve this, we are solving challenging problems in taste profiling, behaviour prediction and real-time logistics.

We are looking for a Junior Logistics Manager, that will help delight our customers by monitoring and coordinating real-time logistics challenges. You will be integrated in the Supply Chain Team and work closely with all Marley Spoon teams on influencing key parameters like operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness and quality of service.
Your main tasks will be :
Support in the optimisation of our logistics processes across our business
Build relationships with shippers and create new solutions to delight our customers
Report on shippers service levels and work on implementing preventive actions and improvement plans
Work closely with several departments (Operations, Customer Care, FSQA, Product and Marketing) to ensure end-to-end logistics projects implementation and the highest service quality

Strong analytical skills with focus on critical thinking and business process management.
Proficient Excel skills.
Driven to achieve highest quality in daily work and constantly improve customer satisfaction.
Passionate about getting the details right
Team player and good communication skills
You are fluent in English
You have a University degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or any other area relevant to the job
Previous experience in Logistics/Data Analytics is a plus
